Key Responsibilities:

• Budget management including: monitoring departmental expenditures, preparing fiscal assessments and budgetary transfers as required
• Prepare Request for Proposals for new vendors and manage the process
• Update contracts and other requests under the procurement platform
• Create PO’s and manage the process
• Manage Iron Mountain storage, destruction and retrieval processes for the Customer Relationship Center
• Act as the continuous excellence champion to implement the Nestle methodology in the CRC
• Deliver and update the Operational Master Plan focusing on company top priorities and milestones
• Facilitate Operational Reviews, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in the business
• Support and train departments in goal alignment practices
• Develop and implement the Delight strategy for the CRC in alignment with the Delight Director and CRC Director
• Project management of special projects as assigned by the CRC Director
• Workplace communication Champion for the CRC: collaborating with senior leadership to create content and manage internal communications specific to the CRC
