Come join our growing team, the taste ofsomething better awaits you!  NespressoUSA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to lead our customers through theirNespresso journey at our new Flagship boutique on Madison Avenue!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers using storytelling to helpthem explore their Nespresso coffee journey
  • Introduce customers to our various Grand Crusthrough engaging them in the art of coffee tastings
  • Create selling ceremonies with each customer todiscover and develop their coffee preferences
  • Assist guests to experiment with coffeecreations that they can create in their home
  • Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador toadvise guests on Nespresso products and services
  • Achieve results in compliance with the NestleCorporate Business Principles
  • Utilize Nespresso Service Standards to achieveboth individual and over all boutique sales targets
  • Cultivate and develop new client relationshipsthrough exceptional client care and brand initiatives
  • Consistently and accurately clientele utilizingthe tools available
  •  Deliver a360 client experience, introducing multiple product categories and services inan effort to maximize the potential sale
  • Manage customer orders and ensure order isprocessed efficiently and accurately from back of house to the customer
  • Manage customer flow by utilizing electronic quetechnology
  • Actively manage and update the customer database
  • Be familiar with stock levels, stock room layoutand return policies
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standardsincluding Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Assist with cleaning and dishwashing as needed
  • Adhere to cash operating procedures
  • Adhere to shift/work scheduling and planning
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute withnew ideas and suggestions to further improve the operations
  • Assist with Boutique projects as needed

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years prior experience in retail, direct customersales and service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectivelyin a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable with technology andtroubleshooting technology
  • Must be able to be flexible and adapt tochange
