Senior Boutique Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Boutique Operations Specialist to join our team based in our NYC Corporate office. The purpose of this role is to support in driving the evolution of the boutique operational efficiencies and improve ways of working. A Day in the Life:
•Play a key role in continuous improvement efforts; identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and programs to aid sales productivity through improved operational efficiencies
•Streamline workflows and ways of working to create efficiencies and elevate operational support
•Develop ways to improve reporting and analysis for better user experience
•Align and optimize standards of operations (SOPs) and efficiency across US stores
•Drive operational improvement plan efforts by analyzing operational assessment scores to make necessary adjustments
•Advance the roadmap to innovate and modernize, optimize operations through Omni collaboration and field partnerships
•Assist and collaborate with retail specialist team members on ad hoc projects to ensure overall boutique operational efficiency (training projects, events etc.)
•Support retail stores daily through troubleshooting, system compliance, transaction auditing and overall operations support
•Help solve problems that affect the store’s customer experience, efficiency, productivity and functioning
•Create messaging/communications for operations related news inclusive of new store openings
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that communications meet guidelines, are effective, and timely
•Manage retail vendors; ensure the best providers are in place through assessments, bidding, and through strong relationships
•Manage retail operations budget; maintain budget through cost analysis, spend, constraints – and suggest cost savings

Winning Skill Sets:
• 4+ years Business Operations experience preferred
• 3+ years Finance, Management, Marketing experience required (business acumen)
• Proven experience with analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail Oriented
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work effectively with and internal departments and external vendors
