Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for Nespresso
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising programs areexecuted and adheres to Nestle Nespresso standards
  • Ensure Nestle Nespresso service standards arebeing met
  • Ensure that Nestle Nespresso Safety standardsare being met
  • Respond appropriately to customer complaints
  • Execute events to help build the Nespresso brand
  • Ensure retail operations procedures, and bestpractices are being adhered to i.e. stock/inventory management, paymentmanagement, loss prevention and bar operations
  • Act as a key liaison between store managementand the store team
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reporting is completedon time and accurately
  • Ensure IT systems function correctly andcommunicate appropriately when they do not
  • Adhere to Nestle Safety Heath and Environmentaland Food Safety Policy and Procedures
  • Collaborate with the Quality Coach to ensurefull safety compliance
  • Ensure that the boutique operations arecompliant with all Federal, State and City Laws
  • Ensure the compliance of the correctopening/closing boutique procesdures
  • Assist in networking and recruiting qualitytalent
  • Support timely execution of company proceduresfor new hire onboarding
  • Support the training and provide ongoingfeedback and coaching through the Manager on Duty program
  • Abide by schedule requirements including restand meal periods for hourly employees, and respecting municipal, state, andfederal laws in addition to Nestle Nespresso work rules
  • In collaboration with the Boutique Managementteam, provide coaching to employees regarding personnel practices, policy andemployments laws and operational practices
  • Evalutae store’s performance weekly, monthly andYTD
  • Achieve set targets and KPI’s by providing salesleadership to store teams to inspire and enable them to meet and exceed daily,weekly, monthly sales goals

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing orrelated field preferred
  • 1+ years prior professional experience inretail required
  • 1+ years of experience in people managementincluding coaching, motivation and development of direct reports preferred
  • Experience in customer complaint managementpreferred
  • Experience in project management processes andchange management preferred
  • Must have full availability to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
