Come join our growing team, the taste ofsomething better awaits you!  NespressoUSA is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Garden State Plaza boutique!


Key Responsibilities:
  • Network, recruit, and hire top quality storeemployees
  • Assist in managing performance reviews for allemployees; assist in coaching and developing the team for growth and successionplanning
  • Ensure timely execution of company proceduresfor new hire onboarding
  • Abide by schedule requirements as set by NestleNespresso and respecting municipal, state and federal laws
  • In collaboration with Boutique Manager and HumanResources provide advice and counsel to managers regarding personnel practices,policy and employment laws
  • Ensure retail operations, procedures and bestpractices are being adhered to for stock management, payment management, lossprevention and boutique operations
  • Act as a key liaison between store and thecorporate retail team
  • Ensure IT systems function correctly
  • Adhere to Nestle Safety Health and Environmentaland Food Safety Policy and Procedures and execute any corrective andpreventative actions assigned
  • Act as the Quality Coach and promote a safetyconscious culture within the boutique
  • Act as the Incident & Crisis Coordinator forthe location supporting investigation of incidents, injuries, or illnesses andconcerns/complaints and leading the Emergency Action Plan Team
  • Evaluate store’s performance weekly, monthly andYTD and achieve set targets and KPIs
  • Review store P&L with Boutique Manager andArea Manager/District Manager to reduce costs and identify efficiencies
  • Utilize Manager on Duty Programs to drive salesand meet set sales goals
  • Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for theNespresso brand and respond to customer complaints as necessary
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising programs areexecuted and all stores adhere to Nespresso standards for merchandising andproduct presentation
  • Execute events to build the Nespresso brand

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing orrelated field preferred
  • 3+ years prior professional experience inretail required
  • 2+ years of experience in people managementincluding coaching, motivation and development of direct reports required
  • Experience in customer complaint management
  • Experience in project management processes andchange management
  • Must have full availability to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Travel required up to 10%
